VHS Plugin by Audio Hertz: Cool Look, Weak Sound

I recently tested out the VHS Home Video Flavor Box plugin from Audio Hertz, and while the UI is undeniably eye-catching with its nostalgic retro aesthetic, the sonic performance left me underwhelmed. The plugin only felt genuinely useful when placed on the master chain, where it added some character—but on individual tracks, its impact was minimal and sometimes clunky to dial in. If you're going for visuals, it's a win. But for workflow and versatility? There are better tools out there.
